G Prasanna Ramaswamy is an Indian Administrative Service Officer. He served as the District Administrator of Leh from 2015-2017 during which time he and his wife Abhilasha created Looms of Ladakh. Prasanna holds a Masters in Economics from Mumbai University and a Bachelors in Engineering from SASTRA University Tamil Nadu. Prasanna is an avid reader and trekker. He takes keen interest in wildlife and environment conservation.
